I saw this amazing picture on Pinterest about a month ago and immediately knew I need to make these.
With the Blogger Bake Sale happening this past weekend I had my perfect chance.
They were packaged 3 cookies to a big (they are HUGE) and priced at $5 a bag. I had 7 bags and they sold out within the first hour!
Ingredients
• 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 package Double Stuff Oreo cookies
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together with a mixer until well combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In medium bowl mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add to wet ingredients along with chocolate chips until just combined.
With a cookie scoop, form balls with the dough.
Place one ball on top of an Oreo cookie, and a half of a ball on the bottom. Seal edges together by pressing and cupping in hand until Oreo cookie is fully enclosed with dough.
Bake for approximately 13 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Are these from Picky Palate? She’s famous for stuffing candy and cookies inside cookie dough. I’ve made choc chip cookies with crushed oreos in the dough, but never used them as stuffing – will have to try it for an event or bake sale!

My heart literally stopped beating for a second!!!! I must make these!!!! I might finally be able to enjoy some oreos in my house because this way you can’t only lick all the filling and leave mom with a jar full of oreo skeletons!
