3 or 4 small red potatoes cubed
- 1 package of Lipton’s Beefy Onion Soup mix
- A little bit of oil (vegetable is better for taste, but Olive will work as well) you want enough to coat potatoes so the soup mix sticks to them and they don’t stick to your pan.
- toss to coat
- place in a roasting pan
- roast in oven at 425 until potatoes are fork tender.
