This post was written on 12/16 as I was beginning my journey home from my trip.
I am sitting in the airport, ready to go home.
Before this trip I had some serious talks and contemplations about moving back to the Midwest. Moving closer to my sisters. Moving back to a cheaper and easier life.
But all of those moving thoughts got pushed aside as I spent almost a month away from the grand babies. When I got the chance to talk to Caitlyn on the phone or via webcalls and web cams, my heart soared. Seeing Madilyn wave bye bye to me on the webcam, sunk any thoughts of leaving them.
Seeing the pain G and G went through saying goodbye to Baby Lynn as she left after her weeklong visit, reminded me how lucky I am to have all 3 of them in my life everyday.
Nope, sorry, they are stuck with me.
