Lights Out!

It is the rainy season in Los Angeles now, not that any rain will actually fall, but technically it is the rainy season.
I remember one rainy season mom was in town and at the first sign of lightning and sound of thunder my kids and I started gathering candles. She looked at us quizzically and figured it was just a little thunderstorm what was the big deal. At about that same moment, the electricity went out. Never fails, if there is an actual storm in Glendale we lose power. Thankfully we don’t get many thunderstorms so it isn’t much of an issue but it is good to know that if it were an issue I could go to Hawkins Electric Supply site and buy one of the guardian generators.
