Dancing With the Stars – All Stars Week 7

I refuse to take responsibility for Sabrina going home last week.  Yes I voted for Kirstie even though she is not the best dancer on the show.  She is however the best “entertainer”  But if you read the comments, you will see that I fully expected Sabrina to win the whole thing.

On that note I have a serious bone to pick with ABC and DWTS.  Supposedly they have decided to make THIS week a non-elimination week since so many on the East Coast could not vote last week due to Hurrican Sandy.  WTF?!  Why this week?  Why didn’t you make LAST week a non-elimination week?  That was the week people couldn’t vote!  I blame Hurricane Sandy for Sabrina’s demise.

This is another jam packed week, fusion dances and a swing dance marathon. With no one going home and no results show Tuesday, don’t get complacent, your votes will still count!

Apolo Anton Ono and Karina Smirnoff – Cha Cha Cha/Paso Doble (Scream): This is an interesting combinartion “The Cha Cha is cheeky and fun and the Paso is dark and aggressive” according to Karina.  I was able to pull out pieces of each dance noticably (and could have even if Apolo hadn’t taken his shirt off in between).  Score: 27

Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke – Rumba/Samba (Fine by Me): Cheryl plans on going back and forth and back and forth between dances.  That seems to be confusing Emmit in rehearsal, hopefully it won’t confuse the judges as well. Of course the judges may just be blinded by their outfits.  I couldn’t tell the difference between the two dances, it was overall very entertaining.  Score: 27.5

Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerskovskiy – Quick Step/Samba (Sir Duke): Kisrtie spoke in the rehearsal piece about how she feels her place on the show is one of someone who inspires others to believe they can do this as well.  She is over 60 years old and not a “small” person and yet she is out there each week giving her all.  With this dance I loved the quick step but the samba got lost.  Score: 24

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerskovskiy – Fox Trot/Cha Cha Cha (Don’t Stop): Ok, these two say they have a “special relationship”, hmmmmm.  I think it is more than special.  The chemistry they emit is more than just dance partners, as long as they are both unattached off stage then more power to them.  The fusion was well done, why do most couples feel they need a costume change to represent the next dance?  Score: 27

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani – Cha Cha Cha/Tango (Die Young): I think these may be two of the most different dances in the way they are actually “danced”.  The Cha Cha Cha is a toe lead dance and the Tango is a heel lead, so to mix that up would be very easy.  I think they did a good job fusing the dances together, but I just didn’t enjoy it.  There was no “entertainment” value.  Maybe it is her, maybe it is me.  Score: 29

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough/Mark Ballas – Tango/Paso Doble (Livin’ on a Prayer): I think these are the two most similar dances.  But with the confusion as to whether Derek will dance or Mark Ballas will step in makes it difficult for Shawn to actually learn.  Derek ended up not dancing, Mark did an amazing job as fill in.  Side Note, Shawn has the best legs in the competition by far.  Score: 30 (well deserved)

Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd – Argentine Tango/Samba (): I Gilles takes this contest the most serious.  This was by far my favorite dance of the night.  Both dances went together seamlessly.  With Sabrina gone he is my pick to win it all, yes I will still vote for Kirstie as long as she is there but I think Gilles will take the mirror ball.  Score: 28.5

Swing Dance Marathon:

All the dancers are on the floor at the same time and will be asked to elave the floor one couple at a time.  The last couple dancing at the end of 4 minutes wins an extra 10 points.

First Out: Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerskovskiy – 4 points

Second Out: Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd – 5 points

Third Out: Apolo Anton Ono and Karina Smirnoff – 6 points

Fourth Out: Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke – 7 points

Fifth Out: Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough – 8 points

Sixth Out: Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerskovskiy – 9 points

Winner: Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani – 10 points

Remember, every vote counts on Dancing With the Stars, your favorite could easily go home even tho the judges gave them a perfect score.

Dancing With the Stars – All Stars Week 5 Part 2

Last night we saw the first Team Dance (Call Me Maybe) and half of the Stars performed their dances.  Tonight we will see Team Ganghnam Style and the rest of the Stars.

It is still Guilty Pleasure week, the Stars pick out the song that is a guilty pleasure for them.

Let’s just get right to it.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani – Tango (Toxic): Melissa got injured during rehearsals for the team dance and herniated a disc in her neck.  With the extreme neck moves involved in the Tango I was concerned for her.  She nailed it.  Score: 27

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough – Rumba (My Heart Goes On): Their tape piece for rehearsals brought me to tears.  Their dance was beautifully choreographed (duh) and perfectly performed.  The entire dance was done on a small round stage which made it more intimate.  I could have done without the cheesy ending of him slipping under the stage but it fit the dance. Score: 27

Apolo Anton Ono and Karina Smirnoff – Samba (Give It To Me Baby): Lots of hip, lots of movement, lots of good dancing.  I don’t know what dance Carrie Ann was watching.  Score: 27 (seems to be the going trend tonight)

Sabrina Bryant and Louis Van Amstel – Waltz (So This is Love): To take on the iconic waltz scene of Cinderella and Prince Charming is difficult, but they did well.  A waltz is a beautiful supposedly easy dance, but the difficulty is in being vulnerable and sweet, not something easy for Sabrina.  Score: 29

Team Gangnam Style

Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerskovskiy, Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd, Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke, Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerskovskiy.

That is one of the most annoying viral videos I have ever seen, but this team turned it into the most fun dance in all 15 seasons of Dancing With the Stars.  I could watch it over and over.

Score: 27

I voted for Kirstie of course. But I think Gilles Marini is going to win the whole thing, and I hope he does.

Dancing With the Stars- All Stars – Week 4

English: Logo for Dancing with the Stars TV show (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Not that anyone noticed, but I missed last week due to a glitch in the dvr.  Grrrrr  But I am back now and ready to get this going.

I love the idea of the dancers picking dances for each other,I think the fact that most of the professionals have never performed some of the dances before puts them on the same level as the Stars.

I am not so in love with Paula Abdul being a guest judge. DWTS meet the Shark, now Jump!

That is neither here nor there, let’s just take a look at the dancers.

Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerskovskiy – Charleston (42nd Street): I love this choice for them, they both have the right personalities for this.  Maks has always tried to play off being a macho meany but when he dances with Kirstie ir is so much fun and you can see how much he loves dancing. I have no idea about the technical aspect since I have never seen this dance performed before but I loved the performance.  Score: 30 (No it isn’t a perfect score remember there are FOUR judges this week)

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas – Rock and Roll (At the Hop): I am proud of Bristol for standing up to Mark regarding the stupid costumes I wish she had done that during her season with the gorilla stunt.  I wasn’t expecting Rock n Roll to be more like a quick step or a lindy, I was thinking it would be more of what happened last season when KISS was a guest and everyone danced Rock n Roll.  Score: 32

Sabrina Bryant and Louis Van Amstel – Disco (You Should be Dancing): Is it because I am a child of the 70′s that disco holds a place in my heart?  Of course, most of my discoing back in the day happened on roller skates, but I digress.  Loved the set design, loved the costumes, loved the dance!  Score: 35.5

Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke – Bolero (Better in Time): I have to admit, I had to Google Bolero, and I am still confused.  Tom describes it as the “Cuban dance of Love”, I can understand that.  I have no idea if what they did was correct or not, but it sure was pretty.  Score: 36

Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd – Bollywood (Jai Ho): I love Bollywood, if is probably my favorite style of dancing being performed tonight, and with Gilles being a perfectionist this could either be really good or really bad.  Luckily for them it was really really good.  The only problem I spotted was that Gilles needed to extend his arms more and lock them.  I was disappointed in the song choice, there are so many amazing Indian songs why go with the standard Jai Ho?  Score: 39.5 (They received the first 10′s of the season!)

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani – Jitterbug (This Cat’s on a Hot Tin Roof): I love all the tricks and flips in a Jitterbug but it has to be hard to do things like that when you are competing with girls half  your age and Olympic Gold Medal Gymnast at that.  But they held their own, it wasn’t the best dance of the night, but it certainly wasn’t the worst either.  Score: 37

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough – Mambo (???): How many gymnastic moves can Shawn fit in to a Mambo?  Really?  Getting tired of the acrobatics and want to see more dancing.  Although I did like the little turn around where he caught her leg and might I say, she has some amazing legs.  Score:  39.5

Apolo Anton Ono and Karina Smirnoff – Hip Hop (Poison): Although Apolo did some break dancing in his season’s freestyle he is not a hip hop dancer, and neither is Karina.  Karina could be called a hip hop hater if you believe the editing of the rehearsal tape piece.  Unfortunately they had some technical difficulties with Apolo’s mic pack falling off and Karina making some missteps.  This is exactly what I was talking about with the Pro’s being on the same level as the Stars.  Score: 34.5

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerskovskiy -Contemporary (Fix You): Throughout tonight’s episode shots of Kelly and Val have shown them “in character” for this dance.  Dark, brooding, smoldering lovers.  Oh yeah and a broken toe.  That could help with the look of pain that is necessary for contemporary.  I thought they killed it!  Score: 37.5

I voted for Kirstie and Maks again this week, hoping their fans can keep them going even with their judges score being so low.

Who did you vote for?

Brave Dancing

A very wise woman once told me to get up and dance even if there was no music playing.

I have always been a shy dancer, but I am hoping the moves from the Highland Scottische will help me get my groove on.  Or maybe my hopping days are over. hmmmmm

I’m going to see Brave next weekend and I am really excited!

Dancing With the Stars – Season 14 Week 10 (AKA the Night a Plane Crashed in Glendale)

I was shocked last week when Maria and Derek were sent home.  But the show must go home.

Tonight is the Judge’s pick and the always fan favorite – the Freestyle! I like the Judge’s picks because they usually go with something they think the celebrity will excel in, they don’t try to throw them off course.

Judges Pick:

William and Cheryl – Cha Cha: I am confused.  William talks in the taped piece about how he started the competition dancing the Cha Cha, but I just went back over all the posts and he didn’t dance the Cha Cha until week 6.  Not quite the beginning my friend.  Never the less he does a fine job tonight.  There is no doubt his hips were made for dancing.  Looks like Bruno made a good choice for him.

And that is when the lights went out.  Black.  Loud growling noise and black.  Sounds like a transformer, so I think oh well, so much for tonight.  At least I will get to bed early.

Then after talking to our boarder, the smell of acrid smoke drifts in and we think there may be a fire somewhere.  Perhaps the transformer caused the fire or the fire caused the transformer to blow.  People are gathering down our street and helicopters and sirens abound.  We are a main thoroughfare for the city so the sound of sirens is not foreign.  But the number of sirens and the intensity of the helicopters urge me to grab my video camera and walk down my street.

I am barefoot, in my M&M pj bottoms, a white wife beater and braless.  Thank god it is dark out.  Here is the unedited video I shot.

I simply can’t believe my eyes.  It is hard to see in the film but there on the ground less than 50 feet in front of me is a plane.  And a few short feet from the plane you can see the firefighters working on the pilot, he is wearing a blue shirt.  I see later from news reports that he is ok.  Witnesses (who were almost hit by the plane when it crashed) say he walked away from the plane right after it hit the ground.

This pic is from the local news paper The Glendale News Press

The pilot is fine.  The passersby are fine.  I am fine.

The meat I just bought in my fridge however?  I don’t hold high hopes for that.

Dancing With the Stars Season 14 Week 7

It is Classical week this week, lots of orchestra (which hopefully means none of the horrible singers from the band).  .

This is also the first Team Dance of the season.

Katherine and Mark – Rumba (Cannon in D): Katherine is a classical singer in Wales and is knowledgeable of not only the feel of classical music but with the actual song they are dancing to as well.  I am a little off put, the music is beautiful and relaxing and yet the rumba is a very sensual and sexual dance, of course Mark dancing sans shirt doesn’t help my concentration level either.  It was a beautiful dance, perfectly executed I am pleased with the 27 the judges gave her.

Melissa and Maks – Argentine Tango (Marriage of Figaro): Maks is injured this week so her rehearsals were a mess.  Mak’s brother Val (former partner of Sherri Shephard) was a stand in throughout the week “just in case”.  I think this may have had an effect on her dancing.  It seemed stilted and stiff.  Poor thing this could be trouble for her at this point in the game.  The judges agreed and gave her a score of only 21 putting her totally in danger mode.  She better start practicing the Rumba for the dance duel tomorrow.

William and Cheryl – Viennese Waltz (Ave Maria sung by Jackie Evancho): I just watched Chris Mann perform this song on The Voice and am still recovering from the goosebumps he gave me.  To hear this little girl sing it is beyond amazing.  Someone put a fat lady’s voice into a tiny little girl’s body.  I had to rewind it and actually watch the dance because I was distracted by the voice.  A beautiful waltz deserving of the 27.

Roshon and Chelsea – Argentine Tango (Bad Romance): Let me just say I call Bullshit!  This is “Classical Week” not pick a pop song and have an instrumental version of it.  Bullshit.  On the dancing note, this is a manly dance and Roshon is still a boy.  He had Val come in to rehearsals and show him some “manly” moves and stances.  But it doesn’t help when you have a baby face and no stature.  His technical dance was very good, but he can’t help his carriage.  Scoring a 25 is right on point.

Donald and Peta – Viennese Waltz (La Donna e Mobile sung by Vittorio Grigolo): Remember seeing movies and cartoons where they would dance the Waltaz?  This is what they were dancing!  The costumes were on point the dancing was perfect.  Ah-Mazing!  I was disappointed in the score of 27!

Maria and Derek – Paso Doble (Montagues and Capulets): This is the classic tale of Romeo and Juliet but for Maria and Derek there are Vamipires involved.  Ugh.  Fortunately for them it totally worked.  I love the Paso and they just reinforced my feelings for it.  Another perfect dance with perfect choreography.  Obviously the judges agreed giving them the first perfect score of the season 30!

Jaleel and Kym – Viennese Waltz ( ): Not his best dance but not his worst.  Kinda stiff with moments of greatness.  meh.  I think he also should brush up his rumba for tomorrow night.  WIth a score of 24 it puts him in the “bottom 2″ for judges scores.  But there is still the team dance to go.

Team Dances:

3 or 4 couples compete together to perform a group number.  The group is given a group score which is then added to each couples individual dance for the night.

Team Tango – Maria and Derek, Katherine and Mark, Jaleel and Kym and Roshon and Chelsea: Great dance overall (loved the push ups at the end!), high points for me were Maria and Derek and the low were Jaleel and Kym.  Either way everyone receives the same score of 27.

Team Paso – Melissa and Maks, Donald and Peta and William and Cheryl: I think it is an advantage to have only 3 couples on your team, your have less potential to screw up.  There are a ton of synchronicity issues with a Paso Doble in team form and they had problems with a couple of them, unfortunately each one I noticed was due to William. They will share a score of 26.  Making Team Tango the “winner” of the Team Dance.

For the record I think Carrie Ann Inaba was smoking something tonight.  Her scoring tonight (especially on the team dances) were odd.

My bottom two for the week are Melissa and Jaleel.  I would like Jaleel to go home but I don’t know how the dance duels will go.

Dancing WIth the Stars – Season 14 Episode 5

Watching tonight without Sherri Shepard is going to be hard for me.  She was my favorite from the beginning, I have been a fan of hers for quite some time.

The show however, must go on.  Tonight is Latin Night, time for Salsa’s, Samba’s and Argentine Tango (the only dance that is allowed a lift).

Tonight is also the beginning of the new Dance Duel.  The two lowest scorers will have to dance for the judges who will then make the decision of who goes home.  It is no longer up to America.

Let’s see how they do.

Jaleel and Kym – Samba (The Rhythm is Gonna Get Ya): The Samba is a party dance, but this dance is anything but.  Even when Kym is supposed to do a kind of roundabout in front of Jaleel her legs are bent and not sharp. Jaleel may have had good rhythm in his hips but I didn’t like it much at all.  The judges scored him a 24 (higher than I would like, but not as high as Jaleel expected).

Melissa and Maks – Salsa: She’s bringing Sexy Back!  Or not.  Poor thing, the dancing was not very good, and neither was the sexy.  Her pouty lip sexy look was more of a face you make in the bathroom when you’ve been there a while.  I think too much was put in to the tricks and stuff for the girl who got whiplash last week and for that I blame Maks.  The judges tore her down until Len spoke he who is usually the harshest was the nicest.  Hmmm perhaps there is a bit of a crush on Laura Ingalls.  Although they spoke differently they all scored the same for a total off 21.  Hope the votes keep her here another week.

Maria and Derek – Salsa (Cup of Life): Hot damn!  I don’t much care for her, but this was a great dance.  Loved the kiss making fun of when they were accused of sneaking in a kiss a few weeks ago.   Bruno called it “saucy and hot” just how he likes his Salsa!  Scores of 9′s across the board are great a 27 should keep them pretty safe.  This season might come down to the two friends Derek and Mark in the final two.

Katherine and Mark – Argentine Tango: This is one of my favorite dances.  I love the brisk movement, the flicks and the sexiness of it.  And they did not disappoint me!  The final twirl they did was magnificent.  Len compared the dance to the “beauty of a rose” and the “sharpness of a thorn”.  I guess Len got pricked by a thorn once since he went with a 9 while the other two gave out 10′s.  A score of 29 is still damn fine!

Gavin and Karina – Samba: Gavin is such a cutie, sexy will never come easy to him.  His sexy look comes off as looking forced and “cute”, he can’t help it LOL.  Unfortunately cute doesn’t get you far in this competition.  The judges gave him a nod for his effort but not for his technique.  His 19 could mean this is his last week.  I don’t know how big his fan base is but it better be massive.

William and Cheryl – Argentine Tango: If you want sexy this is your go to guy and it doesn’t hurt that his partner Cheryl has been my girl crush since this show began 13 seasons ago.  An injury early in the week made rehearsals difficult but didn’t keep him down, this was a hot, sexy, emotional dance.  I don’t know what Len is smoking tonight this dance should have been the first 30 0f the season but again Len goes with a 9.  A 29 keeps them our of danger, I’m sure.

Gladys and Tristan – Samba (Fever en Espanol): Can the old girl keep up with the young’uns?  In a word? No.  Sorry Gladys but sometimes you need to not only act your age but dress it as well, your peacock miniskirt was distracting and the dancing was abysmal.  Why she is still here I have no idea.  I think she has put a spell on the judges.  A 22 is much too high in my humble opinion.

Roshon and Chelsea – Salsa: I do not want to think of Roshon as sexy.  I have children older than him it is just uncomfortable.  That being said……dude was hot!  With a couple of tips from William on putting the Latino into a Salsa, he listened and performed.  The judges were impressed as well scoring him 26.

Donald and Peta – Argentine Tango: WOW!  It was a great dance, but unfortunately his partner did most of the work.  I didn’t notice much from Donald other than the lifts.  The judges agreed and his score of 27 reflected that.

I have put Gladys in the bottom every week and I think it has done her well, she seems to be made of glue and is stuck to that dance floor.  Again, I think the bottom two will be Gavin and Gladys.  This Dancing Duel is new and unknown to me, so I am not sure who will be going home.

Who was your favorite?

Dancing With the Stars – Season 14 Episode 2

Was last week a fluke?  It was the first time in Dancing With the Stars history where each team scored a 20 or more on the opening episode.

Have the stars set the bar so high that the only way to go is down?  For some that seems to be the case.

Roshon and Chelsea – Quick Step: This kids has legs all the way to the floor, which should serve him well in the ballroom dances.  They certainly did tonight, save a couple of little missteps.  The judges agreed and scored him a 26, up 3 points from last week giving him a total score of 49.

Sherri and Val – Jive:  As a “big girl” the jive is a hell of a feat to conquer.  Not to mention the amazing support needed to make sure Sherri doesn’t get a black eye from all that bouncing around.  Although she missed a pass through she recovered well and the judges agreed.  I would have thought all their compliments would have warranted a higher score than the 23 she received, but it kept her steady with last week for a total score of 46.

Melissa and Maks – Quick Step:  I love that Melissa is dancing to ex-boyfriend Billy Idol’s song, too bad the horrible singers ruined it like they do most other songs.  I didn’t find her quick step to be very quick.  I was kind of lackluster for me.  It was obvious the judges were less than impressed as well with the low score of 20.  She received the same score last week giving her a total of 40.

Jack and Anna – Jive:  Jack owns his inability to move two different body parts at the same time in different ways.  I can totally relate to that.  His feet got away from him more than a couple of times during this dance but he kept up the energy and gave it all he had.  But is all he has going to be enough?  The judges scored him a 21 going down 2 points from last week for a total of 44.

Gladys and Tristan – Quick Step:  Gladys knows what it is like to perform with some top notch stars and feels it makes her perform better.  Unfortunately this week she didn’t perform better than last and only scored a 19.  Her two week total is 42 and her lifetime fans better come out of the woodwork and vote for her.

Katherine and Mark – Jive:  The jive is Mark’s element.  He gets Katherine to move in ways she didn’t know she could.  I don’[t know how many classical Welsh fans there are that vote but her score of 26 this week for a total of 52 should keep her here for a few weeks.

Jaleel and Kym – Jive:  The producer’s kind of threw me off doing two jives in a row, but it was a pleasure to see Jaleel do this dance.  I think he made a couple of technical mistakes but I didn’t care I was enjoying his performance too much.  The judges critiqued his lack of sharpness and gave him a much lower score than last week 22.  His two week total is 48.

Maria and Derek – Quick Step:  I could watch Derek Hough dance over and over non stop.  But I can not stand this Maria girl  Her laugh, her stance, something about her just bugs the hell out of me.  Derek’s choreography brings out the best in most dancers and Maria is no different.  The judges were very impressed and score her a 25 giving her a two week total of 46.

Martina and Tony – Jive:  I was distracted the whole time by Martina’s horrific fish net top.  It was almost as awful and her stilted dancing.  I think the judges sealed her fate by scoring her a 17.  Her two week total of 37 mixed her smaller fan base will not be enough to save her.  She is my pick to go first.

Donald and Peta – Quick Step:  Donald’s nickname as a kid was “quickie” but I don’t think it was referring to dance.  Although after tonight it could be his nickname again.  He totally rocked this dance.  The judges gave him a 24 for a total of 45.

Gavin and Karina – Jive:  This is a musician with no musicality.  I don’t think he was dancing to the same music that the horrible band was playing.  The judges had a lot to say about his floppy feet but still gave him a score of 21.  He has a low total of 41 and I think he will be in the bottom 2.

William and Cheryl – Quick Step:  Did they save the Latin Lover for the end for ratings sake?  Do we really care if he can dance?  Lucky for us (and him) he is not only hot as hell but he can bust a move as well.  Of course Len didn’t like him, I think he is jealous of how much Bruno loves him.  His score of 25 added with last week keeps him completely safe with a total of 49

So, I think the bottom 3 will be Gladys, Martina and Gavin with Martina going home.  What do you think?

Curious George Dance Contest

CG (R) & (C) 2012 Universal Studios and/or HMH. All Rights Reserved. FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY.

Curious George is still celebrating the arts. He is now dancing up a storm and hosting a fun dance contest for kids! Who doesn’t love to dance? Not only is it fun but it’s a great form of exercise and self-expression.

I tried to get the twins to dance to the Curious George theme song for their new contest but they had other things on their mind.  Madilyn loves to dance, she will dance while eating, while watching TV, while reading, but Matthew he is a bit shier, he will only dance when no one else is looking.  If you pull out the camera Madilyn will run right in front of it and Matthew will run away.  So much for twins being alike. LOL

I found the music channels on the TV, I never realized there was a Toddler Music channel, so now that is what is on our TV most times.  I like cartoons and movies with them but music I much prefer music in the back ground while they play.

The Curious George Dance Contest is a great chance to get your kids up and dancing.  the video they are looking for is to the Curious George theme song which can be downloaded for free from the contest website.  Then just follow the directions on the site and voila, you’re entered!

There are so many advantages to dancing for all ages!  Even us old fogies with bad knees and hips can groove a little.  (No you are not getting a video of me dancing, this post isn’t paying me enough for that.)  But I will give you a little video of Madilyn getting her groove on.

Now you need to get up off the couch, download the theme song and dance dance dance!
